The food here is plentiful and delicious. The portion sizes are great! Even though the restaurant was really busy, the night we were there, the food arrived piping hot and Megan is incredible! She was on her own and handled both large and smaller groups with ease. She was so professional and is a credit to the hotel

This is 2nd time for us, my husband asked to come back here this time for dinner as he loves masaman curry here.
I (am thai) personally love Thai fish cake and green curry here.
My nephew (thai) , has just started his uni here (SETU Wexford) , also loves pad kra pao here. He came to thos restaurant with us tje firat time and a week later he brought a few friends to this restaurant (asian friends)
Chefs are so very friendly and we chat a bit.
Love it here and will come back, im sure of it.

We went to this restaurant mid week at 5:30. We were the only people in the restaurant but it still took 20 minutes to be served our drinks (coke x2). Our food came out after an hour and both dishes were completely wrong, the waitress brought them back and after another 15-20 mins the dishes came back out and were still completely wrong. At this stage we left. Very disappointing experience

Caution! It is advisable to steer clear of Chang Thai Restaurant at Treacys Hotel. The management is lacking, staff conduct is poor, service is dismal, and the food leaves much to be desired.
We ordered a bottle of house wine to accompany our meal; unfortunately, the drinks never arrived. As we were finishing our unpalatable pork rib starters, we inquired for the second time about the wine. The server apologised for the delay but then left us unattended in the restaurant, where we sat listening to the phone ringing for several minutes.
We noticed a gentleman whom we presumed to be the manager. I approached him to express that we had completed our starters and had not yet received any drinks. He assured me he would address the situation and promptly left the room.
While we were halfway through our main courses, the original server returned to apologise for the delay in our drinks. By this point, nearly finished with our meal, I requested her to cancel the drinks order.
I can confidently say that I will never return to this establishment. It appears the staff are also responsible for the bar and restaurant next door, frequently moving in and out of the Thai restaurant in an attempt to maintain operations.
Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience, compounded by substandard food. They even had the audacity to charge us for what we received. Never again—avoid at all costs!

Food was below average, starters were not great quality, the sauces on the mains were not very tasty at all and everything could have been hotter. We had a sit down meal but on the plus side the girl serving us was lovely, it’s just a pity the food was so poor. Many better places to eat for the same cost.

Second time here in as many months with different groups. Found it grossly expensive, both times for what you're getting. Very small portions. Gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time , thought they might be having an off night, as we got tiny portions and left the restaurant feeling hungry. The most recent visit, we got Pad Thai, the attached picture shows the portion size, it consisted mostly of noodles, with some vegetables and a very small scattering of beef. I fail to see how they can charge 20euro for what is essentially a plate of noodles. I've had this dish plenty of times before in a well known Wexford restaurant, the portion is absolutely massive and they charge 16.95. I've always had loads to bring home with me. I generally don't review restaurants and do realize that everything has gone up, but this is twice now that we feel that portion sizes and meal content do not reflect
the prices being charged here. The only saving grace was the lovely server, Meghan..she was brilliant at her job and seems to be a genuinely lovely person.

Before I change my mind
The food here.has.gone from bad to worse. This evenings take away should have been taken away. Inedible spare ribs. Not sure whose ribs they were . Noodles disguising bad cooking. it's a shame. There should be a pride in ethic cooking, not here

Absolute inedible take away, congealed food with absolutely zero taste, drinks falling all around the place and multiple other customers complaining of wrong orders, never again! Esp for the extortionate prices they charge! Disgusting food, don't waste your take away night here😷

The restaurant is one I’d definitely recommend to anyone who likes Thai food. They have a choice of menu, European and Thai which is obvious. The service and food was excellent.

One of my special places they have superb food good staff and a few days each week they do a deal with the food for two and bottle of good wine for 50 euro's i visit often at least once a week when I am over
