this restaurant has a wide variety of items that are in the southern traditional category. Everything is clean, fresh, and served pretty quickly.

This restaurant is close to the interstate and convenient to the Fairfield across the street. The food is good, and so is the service. It's certainly not a bad choice. It would be a good place for adults or for people travelling with children.

I was passing thru Russellville,AR and ate here for dinner. The people were friendly and the service was fast.I wanted a burger and fries. The burger was freshly cooked and hot.Very tasty. The fries were good too.It is not gourmet dining but I thought the choices were good and the prices very reasonable.I would definitely recommend based on my meal.

Stayed at hotel across from this restaurant that's whhy we thought we would try it out. . As soon as you walk in the odor was horrid, it smelled like an old bar with stale cigarette smoke. Very disappointed with the food which tasted like it was straight out of a can with no seasoning. I wouldn't waste my time... More

Had dinner while staying close on our vacation! Love Dixie Cafe! Had not been to one in a few years and it was still just as good! Great home cooked style meals! Very filling! Should not leave here still hungry! Also had a ice cream little shop that has great shakes! Looking forward to being in a town that has... More

We got off I-40 at this exit for lunch. Nicely decorated restaurant, even with a comfortable living room area. The chicken fried steak was great. Also had to get a no sugar added chocolate shake to go. Great service.

There are a half dozen restaurants within three minutes of the La Quinta Inn and Suites and we tried Dixie Café because we had never heard of the regional chain. Good choice, with comfort food including chicken fried steak, salads and Mexican. There is even an old fashioned ice cream stand inside the restaurant. For about ten dollars per person,... More

Our food was really good. The restaurant , though, was dirty and our waitress was not so good. We had a party of 5 and that seemed to cause problems as to where to seat us. We finally asked if we could sit at a table with 6 chairs. The hostess grudgingly let us.
