Great atmosphere, traditional decor, kind staff, tasty food... Easy place to find, very big parking lot in front of the mekhana. It smells really good, and the meat was delicious.

Entered the place and ordered our food, which was amazingly cheap! Took it about 10 minutes and the food was great with relatively big portions. Friendly staff aswell.

Worth walking pass the mass of fast food outlets with bright lights to this Mekhana. Traditional decor and big big fire, with friendly staff and good service. We enjoyed another great meal (fourth year in Bansko/fourth visit to Tanne). We are sash (traditional Bulgarian dish...of meat and/or vegetables served on a sizzling hotplate) fans and this was one of the best we had all week. House wine was decent for the price.More

I saw the comments and thought its a great place for dinner, but i was wrong.. The dishes were average, not more than that. The meat was overdone, and the only thing i liked is the mulled wine. But the service was ok, and the...prices are reasonable. I would recommend to check other placesMore

Cannot stress how amazing this place is. The staff was simply incredible. Food was amazing, prices very reasonable and to top it up we had live music. Quiet location away from Bansko main streets. Lovely traditional food. Highly recommend it.

Food was terrible , the services also terrible I ask waiter to put the food that my son didn’t eat to take away and he throws two plastic boxes on the table and sais “ put it yourself “ . We had HB at Tanne...hotel for 3 person and all the time for child the portion was half than ours . ( you have picture with ice cream for adult and for child) . Every dinner food ordered was brought between 1.30 hours to 2.30 hours and after that the waiter said “don’t worry be happy “ .More

The food here is very good but not outstanding. We love the ambience, the wooden beams, roaring fire and the incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. We are made to feel like old friends when we go here.

We visited the restaurant with 6 years old kid, waited more than 40 min for the food to arrive. Ordered spaghetti with sea food - tasteless; broccoli soup - there was a tiny piece of broccoli in it, most of it was some white substance,...very similar to an instant soup in a package; chicken curry - not even close to curry or any spice at all. Slow service, the waiter was pretending he doesn't see us. The worst dining experience for years!More

We visited the place Saturday night. The service was extremely slow. We waiting over 40min for a soup! Simple portions are overpriced.

We loved to have our supper at this resturant. The waiters were friendly and professional. The food was so tasty, we've finished all to the last crumbs. Also, It has large variety of different dishes. A bit expensive comparing to Bulgarian price rates.

We visited here once for drinks and a locally prepared dinner. We were not disappointed. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money in a lovely outdoor location. There is also a large in door dining area.
