We stopped on a Tuesday night and were greeted not only by friendly staff but also a few patrons. Nice place. The food is homemade and great tasting. We had chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and Cole slaw with a homemade roll. We also had the apple pie and ice cream. This place is real deal. Will go... More

Burgers, Ruben, BLT all got good reviews. 2 of us had the lunch special--chicken and dressing. It was tasty but mostly dressing (which I must admit is my favorite part of this combo). The... More

Found this one searching for restaurants while traveling cross country. Does not look like much of a restaurant: metal building, small sign. But the parking lot was FULL, and the food was good with lots of it.

Definitely a diner, everything is fried. Atmosphere is ok, but not super clean. If I go there I always order the taco salad because it's the only thing I like there. My husband likes the fried food and Friday night catfish. Service is hit or miss, scattered distracted waitresses. The taco salad is made in a very good crunchy she'll,... More

Was willing to try it...was looking for home cooking. Very few vegetable options and not fresh tasting. Husband and I didn't finish either of our lunches.
