Food was excellent, location was perfect with plenty of free parking space, price was low (31 euro for a 3 course lunch for 2 - tea and coffee only EUR 1.80, cheapest I've seen anywhere; even McDonalds is more expensive), service was friendly, polite, efficient...More

This was a surprise stop on our way to Galway. The castle dates over 600 years old. The vegetable soup, spicy wings and sandwiches were delicious. So glad we popped in.

The menu had lots of meals listed, so there was a wide choice available but, as I went for a traditional roast (meat) dinner, I didn't pay much attention to other options, sorry.
