Apparently, this Café has been in business for 20 years. We ordered a nice two egg breakfast with bacon, fresh hash-brown potatoes and one coffee included at a reasonable price. In addition to an all-day tasty breakfast menu, many other food options available for lunch and dinner. What's nicer than tasty food on a nice roadside patio? Located in the... More

Fluffy pancakes, perfect eggs and omelettes. Friendly atmosphere perfect for late mornings. Closed Wednesday's we think. My family ate there nearly every morning.

We waked around and decided on this place because of the all day breakfast menu; we had Mangu (a domincan dish made from green plantaine); im dominican and I can confirm the Mangu was excellent; the waitress was very nice and asked detailed questions to get our food just right, she even offered very attractive options. We loved it so... More

It was no big deal food and prices weren't that great. Atmosphere was fine, just part of a strip along Juan Dolio that feels tired. Bar food and some sea food. Fine not memorable.

Well after reading in Lonely Plant we thought we would give this restaurant a try. Darn disappointing I had a cheese burger $260 peso and the meat was not good it had hard grizzle throughout. My husband had a fish sandwich which was ok but for $350 peso it is only the sandwich! We had to pay extra for the... More

Pancakes with eggs, bacon, toast and coffee...outstanding value. Real french fries. Full menu....all good. Right in the centre of the action. Guilia is multi-lingual and if you want any info on the area....she has it! Just a really nice feel to the place.

So not impressed... had heard so much about Julia's Cafe that when i finally visited new Juan Dolio I dropped by. Was disappointed by the obnoxious waitress and the hair in my sandwich.

On more than one occasion this place's sole server has made homophobic comments in Spanish and gossiped about patrons right in front of me. She's also messed up orders, brought out drinks that weren't asked for, and hanged about instead of actually doing her job. The food is standard and overpriced, of course, and there are regulars who sit at... More
