Description
Vitamin D Cafe is a mostly vegan restaurant in Cabarete serving a robust selection of of raw, vegan, and vegetarian plates. We’re all about inclusiveness and choices, so we have a few carnivore options, too. We don’t cook with salt, sugar, or hot oil. We are also ENTIRELY gluten free. So, yes, our restaurant is different. It’s not going to suit the taste of everyone, but it will be a relief for some – and that’s our primary goal. Our food is fresh, and we make almost everything in-house, so we appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy our view while you wait for your delicious and nutritious meal. Our sea facing patio is decked out with bean bags and speakers jammin’ a mix of Reggeton, 90s faves, and probably some melodic dubstep (we’re trendy like that). We didn’t forget how important free wifi is, so we have that, too! Please keep in mind that our staff is Dominican and the primary language here is Spanish, so we hope you will take us up on the fun opportunity to practice.
