Had a New Year's Eve meal at Les Labours. It was a lovely meal with good service unfortunately it wasn't worth its price tag. We had better meals throughout our 4 days stay in the small Baie St.Paul village that were not as pricey. Sorry Les Labours, I really wanted to like you.

Great atmosphere, service was generally quite good. We had breakfast every day there. Food was delicious with a number of home made items.

This is a restaurant that uses produce grown locally and in most cases organically. The octopus is not to be missed and the almond and butter Arctic Char was the best I have ever eaten.. anywhere! Staying at the hotel we were tempted to eat in town.. but as my husband said.. 'If this is the best.. why do we... More

My husband ordered the replacement dish for the braised pork. It was described to us as "a delicious dish, done with deer" instead. He received a plate of ground "deer" with mashed potatoes on top. It could only be described as cheap taco meat. Upon clearing the unfinished dish our server (who was great) seemed to notice how unappetizing the... More

I had the bavette de veau and the pieuvre grillée. The service was excellent, the staff is friendly, very helpful, professionnal and the meal was out of this world. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the service and atmosphere. Loved the grilled octopus with fennel on a parsley cream base, hangar steak with fingerling potatoes and brussels sprout leaves and fresh cherry tomatoes, and strawberries with meringue and strawberry juice soaked marshmallow with lemon balm leaves, and a fantastic Barossa GSM wine. Excellent coffee alongé capped off the evening. Great care was taken... More

I would not say more that it was an amazing meal from the start until the end. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and on top of that they served my baby who has severe allergies the perfect well prepared meal! We were pampered eating a nice restaurant meal with him, something that we struggle to do at... More

2 days in Charlevoix at La Ferme, so we had to have a meal at les Labours. It was amazing, best duck I've ever had. The only niggle we had was with service. While decidedly on the (too) expedient side, (we had our two first services done within 45 minutes), it suddenly dwindled to a halt once the waitstaff noticed... More

Local, fresh cuisine and attention to food intolérances. Superb wine list and helpful, unpretentious wait-staff.
