our party had a diverse range of meals, all of which were excellent. however the thing that conversation kept returning to was the décor, we were in the 'military' room with its pictures, uniforms and other memorabilia. was certainly busy on a Friday night.

We often eat at The Dragon's Head Llangenny. Sunday Lunch is superb and so much of it for £8.95. You can eat in or sit outside. And close by is the river where you can take a stroll. Heavenly. You can also take a well behaved dog which is lovely if you are out for a walk.

Visited last night. We are staying in crickhoweell and it is a mile and a half from here to this pub. We decided to cycle and it was definitely worth the effort. Bit of a climb initially and then steep down into the hamlet. I had a lovely steak and husband had an amazing gammon. Wonderful friendly service. Well done.

Out on a changeable day for a walk and found this lovely place for a cozy drink in the snug while the rain blew over. Food looked good too, though we were there just for a drink.

A lovely country pub that welcomes all including dogs! Stopped in for dinner in the evening. A very friendly welcome from the owners and the locals. Beer was recommended and tasty.
