Managed to get a late table at 5 but got seated much earlier . Parking wasnt a problem even though it was a busy sunny day. Overflow was open. As for the restuarant, Considering they'd been flat out all day you'd never have guessed as food was piping hot , place was promptly cleaned up, and service was good .... More

Called in for a solo Sunday lunch. Premises was not very busy. Ordered my meal and a drink. The roast lamb meal was barely adequate but unexciting, although well presented. The drink never appeared. I reminded the waitress to no avail. When I finished my main course, I was approached by the waitress and asked if everything was OK. I... More

A group of us called in for Sunday lunch booked for 2 o'clock sitting and actually was called in 35 mins later , we were put in as I was called a side room out of the way of everything and everyone and our group was split up so made conversation difficult, as for the lunch ? There was a... More

wonderful tradition taproom, outdoor beer garden on the river, great scenic location, and good hearty meals ... wonderful place for a pint before or after crossing the bridge to all the wonderful hiking trails.

When you ask for food the barman points you to someone else and they then have to take your order and shout from till to till the price of items like pork scratchings. Food came quickly as it was a bar meal of bacon baguette. Good prices and nice food but in a slightly quaint and odd atmosphere.

Charming and welcoming little pub by the river and seemed the perfect quick lunch stop. Very nice pint of ale and if only I'd stopped there because the food was very poor. Fairly tasteless steak and ale pie and horrible stale chips not helped along by the cheapest vinegary ketchup. Such a disappointment and doesn't need to be like this... More

I have spent a fair bit of time in Crickhowell and have eaten at several restaurants / pubs in the town but this was my first time at "The Bridge End Inn". The pub is in a lovely location at the end of the historic stone Crickhowell Bridge. I visited just 5 days before Christmas for an evening meal and... More

We were treated to an excellent Sunday lunch at the Bridge End. Gorgeous roast dinner in the prettiest dining room, all decked out with lovely Christmas decorations. We always have a lovely meal here, staff always friendly.

Stopped here for a quick beer on a hot evening, went back again the next evening. They have a great beer garden overlooking the river Usk. In the evening the sun plays across the water and looks so beautiful. We didn't eat there but plenty of people were, it looked good. they had an excellent range of real ales and... More
