The sea food in this Inn was top class. It was not expensive but beautifully presented and well cooked - mmmm delicious!

Eaten here with my wife and 2 daughters on several occasions when we visit Gairloch. This time around we had an evening meal and a lunch. Good choice on menu, although limited vegetarian options there are some choices. Prices are reasonable, neither extortionate nor cheap. But you walk away feeling satisfied and comfortable in what you've paid for a good... More

Visited for dinner tonight and on entering was informed by staff that it was steak night. I requested a rump steak and my wife ordered a beefburger. I was then told by staff that I could not have a rump steak as it was for 2, people and I could not order 1 rump steak for 1 person. Staff stated... More

Stopped in without booking in advance and we were offered a lovely room at a reasonable price. Very clean, and cosy. We are in the inn and enjoyed a pleasant meal and a few drinks in the bar. Lovely breakfast served in the morning. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The food in here is of a very average standard. I cannot comment on the hotel accommodation as have never stayed there. They advertise, scallops and langoustines but the scallops were overcooked and had a rubbery consistency. I have been in a couple of times and some of the pub food is okay and the service is mixed, sometimes good... More

Arrived on a Wednesday night - very quiet. Didn't wish to eat with a tv as a backdrop so asked to eat elsewhere - anywhere we were told - chose the stripey conservatory - which was cold but light. Ordered two steak pies - which were okay - came with huge undercooked carrots, broccoli and potatoes - no atmosphere, lukewarm... More

Enjoyed a one night stay, evening meal was very good as was breakfast. Rooms have been upgraded and nicely appointed - no views but step outside and there they are!! I've stayed here a couple of times. Lovely walks all around and beautiful beach. Really nice area to visit.
