Visited on the recommendation of friends who live in Harwich - what a lovely pub! Really quirky inside - loved the way it is decorated. Great food and fantastic staff!

This is a real gem of a pub. Like stepping back 200 years. I can just imagine a tricorn hat coming round the corner. Awesome food served with great humour. Great selection of ales and spirits. Looking forward to trying the accomodation

First time at the Alma on Sunday had a fantastic meal , real food superbly cooked locally caught Dover sole beautiful makes a real change when they know how to cook fish so many don't,carnt wait to go back perfect.

Plenty of ‘on street’ parking all around the area but payment required at the seafront by the Lifeboat Station.
