We were walking past having struggled to find a parking spot. Just looked for a light bite of something to eat for lunch which catered for gluten free. This place did gluten free pasty's. Sign on the window. So we went in. I had a gf steak pasty, with some mixed salad and chips. My other half had a piece... More

Such friendly service and great to see some healthy, ethical food in Lyme. Really delicious lunch options to takeaway or sit in.

We stopped here on our way down to Devon and chanced upon the Good Food Store when we parked opposite( parking I tight in Lyme Regis) . It's a lovely little deli selling cheeses, home made pies and pasties and most importantly great coffee. Very reasonable , under £2 for a cappuccino and £1.20 for a tea. The food is... More

Despite the good reviews was disappointed. Coffee was good but decor, ambience etc was poor. Would move the tables and chairs to the rear (replace them with something better) and bring the deli section to the front. And no toilet .....

I knew this place had good reviews before visiting, but hesitated to go in initially as the tables and chairs don't do it justice. It looks like a cheap great spoon, but the staff are friendly, they offer table service and the coffee is excellent. I would suggest keeping the bar stools in the window, but changing the other tables... More

Get your sausage rolls from here - they were the best we've ever had! On the main street of shops, with lots of place to choose from, however this was our top choice.

We were staying locally and came across The Good Food Store by chance, it has a varied menu that would cover most dietary requirements. The food is locally sourced and delicious! We had two children with us that tucked into their food too, it's informal and child friendly, lovely staff that are very welcoming.

Visited Lyme Regis and needed somewhere to go for lunch that catered for coeliacs. Had a gf steak and potato pasty which came with chutney and salad. Partner had steak and doom bar pasty. Staff were friendly and food was really nice. No toilets in store but public toilets are just down the road from the store

We stopped off for a quick bite and cup of tea on Saturday 21st January 2017. We had tea plus apple cake with cream. All very satisfying. Noticed that the shop had quite an extensive deli selection and the sandwich offerings looked very tempting. Staff were friendly and very efficient. We are regular trippers to Lyme Regis. Don't know why... More
