Disappointing Sunday lunch - looked tasty but didn't have any flavour, vegetables were over boiled and tasteless with very soggy roast potatoes

Service very short tempered and grumpy .They need to get a grip on service . How they keep any customers is amazing. Food ok. But only as good as staff ,who are not friendly .

This is probably Wadebridge's best kept secret. The decor will ensure you are never be lost for time with its collection of clocks making it very unique and great fun for the children and adults alike. The food and service was great. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. No dogs allowed so leave the pouch at home.

Found the first pub in Cornwall that Isn't dog friendly. They Don't allow dogs due "hygiene" reasons ( what ever they are)

A15 minute walk from Wadebridge (though it does have a decent sized car park) this pub will be enjoyed by those who fancy a drink surrounded by clocks and timepieces. They are on every wall and window-sill! Be aware, it closes in the afternoon and the kitchen shuts at 2 if you're after lunch...

Lovely old fashioned pub with 220 clocks. My wife and I have been lunching here every couple of weeks for some considerable time and will continue to do so. Food quality is excellent and prices very reasonable. One of my favourites is the home made steak pie made with fillet steak. If you are looking to escape the hustle and... More

A lunch visit with friends introducing them to this step back into time coupled with top quality food including a fine selection of steaks with a magnificent tournedos fillet amongst many. All the choices are beautifully cooked to your taste and reasonably priced. A great experience all round. Will be back for more.

An old-fashioned pub full of beams and clocks which sets a very pleasing tone. First visit there, both my wife and I had the fillet steak for main course - which were cooked to perfection. Despite a wide variety of choices on the menu, we have returned 20+ times and not been strong willed enough to try anything but the... More
