We stopped off at this restaurant on the way up to Teide, it is a mile uphill past La Orotava. We both opted for the 'menu del dia' which included starter, main, desert and beer/wine for 8.95 euros. For the price we didn't have high expectations but the meal was phenomenal! Spinach croquetas and grilled goat's cheese for starter, we both had the fish-of-the-day for main, served with a large salad and 'papas', and chocolate mousse for dinner. Very drinkable house red, and a an alcohol free beer. Lovely service. Felt like daylight robbery when the bill came, so impressed, make sure you stop by if heading past around mealtimes. 'Menu del dia' I don't think was available weekends and public holidays, but still would be good value.

This restaurant is a very good choice for gluten-free dining. We ordered a menu for four people for 48 €, and we were very happy. The food was delicious and the rations were great, so we ate more than enough. In addition, the price is fair for the quality and quantity of dishes. It is a place I would recommend to anyone looking for gluten-free options without having to worry about the taste or amount of food.

Excellent site. Very delicious food and especially for people with celiac disease, all kinds of food for these people. Great treatment and service from all the staff. We had dinner again at the same restaurant because of the great variety of food they have on the menu and its very affordable price. I would 100% especially recommend trying the mojo picon potatoes and the arepas.

They recommended it to us because they have an extensive gluten-free menu. We ordered a snack menu for three and everything was very good and quite a lot. It took them very little time to serve us and the staff were very friendly. They also sat us at a table by the window and there are great views from there. The economical price. Really good choice of menu, all freshly made with local produce. But be warned - portions are huge. I had pulpo gallega which was very tender but if was enough to feed a very hungry family. Order half portions! We had lunch there twice and enjoyed every time. There house red is delicious!

We went to eat specifically guided by the good reviews and found a restaurant with a multitude of options and all of them delicious. We ordered with our eyes to see so many things on the menu and since the dishes were abundant we could not finish them, even though they had already warned us. But dishes like Huevos al Talegazo are a sin to go and not try. Priced, affordable and top ten service. In addition to being completely suitable for celiacs, they have takeaway food, both cooked and frozen. A twelve out of ten, I wish there was a place like this in every city.

Great place with good and abundant Canarian homemade food and ALL gluten free, with delicious bread and delicious desserts. Very affordable price and very friendly waiters, like all canaries. I recommend it 100%. If you book, ask for a table with a view ;-)

Happened by chance, ate queso asado, Roman-style calamari, pork rib, wine, water, coffee. Paid €40 for two… all very good. Genuine place, but excellent quality. Highly recommended. Don't look for luxury, it's not at home here, but that's the beauty of it!

This restaurant is a paradise for celiac people, the staff is very very friendly and helpful, the food is just amazing... we tried many dishes and we ate more than we could imagine just because of how good it was, prices are very very low for the taste you get and the portions are huge, so keep that in mind ;)
Also the place looks very clean and tidy and if you get lucky to sit by the window you can get and amazing view of La Orotava. (The bread is amazing)

We were six friends, two of them don't eat gluten. We were happily surprised to find this lovely family restaurant in La Orotava.
We enjoy the night at the terrace and the food was excellent.
We will come again.
