I had dinner here with three other associates on the advice on my Rick Stevens guide and it was exactly as described. It doesn't look like anything special from the street and was barely half full when we arrived, but we had a fantastic waiter who made us feel at home and served us an outstanding meal. He heard us... More

We've been coming here close to two decades. This is a great alternative to the Town below. No crowds and much easier parking. This restaurant is always Consistent with the food and service. Nothing has changed over the years . The place does become very busy during the summer months especially for dinner, try coming early around 7. I recommend... More

This is a must visit every year that we go to Portugal. They have the most delicious seafood with reasonable prices. The lines can get long in the summer, so reservations are a good idea. An experience not to be missed.

O Luis is on the hill above Nazare. It's extremely popular with local families and not a tourist haven. The seafood, and service are excellent. It's a must to make reservations on weekend lunches and meals. Families were lined up outside for our Sunday lunch. David, our waiter, speaks good English and was very helpful.

Try the garupa steak! Best Fisher in Nazare sitio! :) Maybe you have to wait, so reserve a table in advance.

When you come anywhere near the beach in Portugal, especially in the summer months, you expect to be robbed blind with the high prices. This wasn't the case here. The restaurant was half full at 12 when we came in and less than 5 minutes after arriving it was packed to the rafters with people waiting at the door. So... More

The fish and all of the seafood was super fresh and delicately prepared. Definitely recommend the boat if you want a good variety (menu says for two, but at three would be happy, four could manage with extras). And don't be afraid to try the percebes, just pull off the leathery sleeve to reveal a tasty, salty ocean fresh snack.... More

This is one of the best restaurants in the town and has many delicious plates. We ordered the Seafood boat that was filled end to end with delight treats from the see. I found the barnacles to be very tasty. There are many nice options to choose from. This is an enjoyable place to get great food and the desserts... More

I went to O Luis for lunch last week. The place was packed, the atmosphere was really good. 90% of those eating there were Portuguese. We had a dish of the day( if you go there ask what are the dishes of the day). As a tourist they try to sell you the expensive Lobster option. If you want to... More
