Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What an amazing little place. We were en route from Dublin to Killarney and needed a mid way break. My wife googled places in the vicinity and came up with Nenagh and the Cinnamon Cafe. A real treat with a buzzy feel. The attention provided...by the staff was first class, friendly and charming. Service and food were excellent. It’s a shame that we will probably never be back in this area but it will stay in our memories for ever.More

This year we returned to Ireland and also travelled to Nenagh, where we headed to this café again. And what can I say? We still loved it! It's great to see that the staff is still lovely, and that the drinks and snacks are also...still great. We tried the soup of the day, and I had a wrap and a sandwich, and everything tasted great. Of course it's not fine dining, but it's a lovely and cosy café with good food!More

Called into Cinnamon Alley this am. Was greeted by a lovely lady who showed me to a seat and was very friendly. Good choice for on breakfast menu but what was most pleasing was they had two different choices of pancakes which I love ....Healthy pancakes made with oatmeal banana and eggs and served with Greek yoghurt or buttermilk pancakes with Nutella etc. I chose the healthy option which was very very good . Coffee is excellent here and service very sharp but not rushed. Highly recommend . JamesMore

The main courses are a variety of stews drowned in a choice of flavours i.e. thick sauces. The beef in my stew was sliced and inedible even with the sauce disguise. There was no choice of warm vegetables but just salads and this is not...appealing in winter. A sense of being hustled and rushed permeates when one is trying to decide at the counter. Diners in the first five seats in front of the counter have no privacy if one is unfortunate enough to occupy these seats. I observed the salads and stews being wrapped in clingfilm and put away for use again. The stairs to the upstairs dining area are a real challenge to anyone with mobility issues. The name Cinnamon Alley conjures up visions of a worthy food detour but in reality this is a dead end.More

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cinnamon Alley Cafe. The lattes were piping hot, and the breakfast options were copious. The apple almond cake was unbelievably good! Above all, the service was outstanding. Marie and Laura were both a delight. I would highly recommend!

Cinnamon Alley catered for a family event of 30 people this weekend at home. Food was lovely and the service was excellent. Marie made everything effortless and they even had gluten free meals available for some of our guests. Definitely try the Italian chicken and...the lovely deserts We booked very late, but Marie’s still was able to fit us in. Thanks Marie!More
