Perfect food, service, location, and atmosphere for a relaxed lunch when visiting my daughter of U of A. Get there as close to opening as you can. It fills up fast!

I loved the restaurant, it has really cool history. It was so busy when we got there, but we only waited about 15 minutes and they got us seated. The cheesburgers were so good and we had a great waitress. We would definitely come back here again.

Everyone in my group had burgers and they were DELICIOUS! The food was fresh & hot, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was really cool! You have to walk down a pretty steep flight of steps to enter (and back up to exit) the restaurant, so if anyone in your party has issues with stairs, this may not be... More

Thus is a cute and popular hole in the wall type place to grab some delicious food and hang out with friends and family.

It seems like just yesterday when I sat down at Hugo's as a University of Arkansas Sophmore and ate the Derrick's special. Hugo's is still a great restaurant and has maintained an excellent atmosphere and great menu for all of these years. If you are in town make it a place to stop and eat.

My husband and I ate lunch here for the first time. It is located downtown and in a dark basement. We ordered a burger and fries. The burger was average and the fries were a little overcooked. The service was good and the food just average. I don't think that we will return even though it is #2 on TA.

The food here is good, but it is a very small, cramped and loud restaurant. My college aged boys love coming here so we usually eat here when we visit, but don't plan on having a conversation as it's hard to hear and it's so crowded. They should expand and move into a bigger venue, or open a second restaurant.

This little "underground" place is unique and awesome. There is usually a wait on Friday and Saturday nights when I have been, but it's well worth the wait. I love the blue cheese burger and fries. I cut the burger in half because it is so large. The staff is experienced and they work well together and don't get flustered... More

Went for dinner on a Saturday night, me, my husband and two kids. Placed was packed but we only had to wait about 25 min. I got a cosmo from bartender Maddie. Best one I've had in a while. Excellent in fact. She makes them on the more tart than sweet side. Delish! We got seated and got our waters... More
