While visiting Roscommon for three nights, I dined twice at The Yew Tree. It's about 5km from town but well worth the drive. The food, wine, ambiance and service were without equal!👍. Ann, the owner, is fantastic.🍀 If they weren't closed on Sunday, I would...More

We were a group of about 14 some who travelled to be there, service was slow with some of us having to wait too long for service. However the food was excellent so will try it again when time permits!

Description
We are a family run business in Co. Roscommon, in the West of Ireland serving fresh, locally sourced ingredients. A lot of thought and effort goes into our dishes and we have built up great relationships with our local suppliers. Our aim is to provide our customers with great quality food in a comfortable and interesting environment and with great customer service. We serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinners. We accommodate people passing that need a coffee fix with takeaway coffees and stock some local and Irish products for the browsers! The restaurant is situated beside Lough Ree harbor, a beautiful playground, and St. Johns woods. Lecarrow is a beautiful little village and we hope to enhance it with our restaurant.
