We popped in here for some light bites and we weren't disappointed. We had some very tasty sandwiches and tea. The service was good and it had a bit of a buzz about it. It is quite compact but we arrived just after lunch time so plenty of room. We'll be back.

We try to make a trip here as often as we can. I highly recommend the King John's toasted on brown. Great coffee and a lovely community feel to the place. We'll be back very soon. Thanks Dan

Just called in for a quick snack. We were lucky to get a seat as its very small. We both had soup which was delicious. I had coffee and they offered me a top-up which rarely happens anywhere! The food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious and appealing. The girls who were serving were friendly and happy. They don't... More

We came here for a breakfast on st Patrick's day it was surprisingly quiet compared to the other times I've visited. From the get go it's as if the blonde waitress had a chip on her shoulder, so unhelpful! Asked if poached eggs were available if not no worries and her response was 'they already come poached' so I said... More

Dropped in on Sunday for a coffee and get the children a hot chocolate each. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Plenty of room and a warm atmosphere. Recommended.

Nice warm friendly welcome from the man working here. Other staff aren't overly friendly. Good selection of breakfasts and lunches and lovely coffee to stay or to go.
