Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Been a couple of times, large outside terrace area and we saw dogs there previously. Today they told us no dogs allowed on or near premises, this was after we were seated. Our dog is very old, sits quietly and usually under the table. There...are ruder and more obnoxious people visiting a pub so it was bizzare. Went to 5th Avenue around the corner and they had a much smaller area outside but were so friendly, accommodated us without a second thought. Brought water for doggie and we had a lovely meal. Won't go back to Bradys....More

Went to Bradys today for food, sat outside as it was 30°. My partner was wearing a tank top due to the weather being so hot. After ordering drinks & food the manager came up and said for us to remove ourselves as it was...policy that men are only allowed wear T-shirts in his pub and that our food order & drinks order was cancelled. He was so disrespectful and as my partner waited for me to come out of the bathroom , the manager said “excuse me sir can I help you” in a very rude manner. Find it funny as they wouldn’t throw young women out of the pub for wearing less clothes than this. First time and last time here, disgusting service.More

I would highly recommend to avoid - as a waiter myself on the hospitality industry I am highly shocked at the behavior of the staff. Myself and my boyfriend were looking for food on a very hot summers night . There were clearly no tables...free outside at the time and I spoke to the first man at the door who was very helpful and kind and he assured me as soon as a free seat became available he would let us know.We then proceeded to enter the bar and read the menu- as it was An incredibly warm day there was no one inside the stuffy warm pub. The Man at the door alerted us that there was a free table so he guided us towards the seat. As we went to sit down another rude man came over - no sense of politeness atall and told us the seats were taking by another couple and we were ushered out of the way. There was clear confusion and lack of communication between the two members of staff.at this time I was extremely overwhelmed and trying to make sense of what just happened as I would have never spoke in the manner to a customer in the way this man did to me. As i was deciding whether to wait for a table to clear up or sit indoors the obnoxious member of staff pointed towards the main road and told me and my partner to leave and go there as he rolled his eyes and was clearly frustrated and angry. I was honestly shocked at how this man spoke towards me and it just completely out me off even trying to stand up for myself . Thank you to the man at the door who was mannerly - we then went around the corner to another restaurant where the staff went out of their way to treat us with respect - very disappointed and I would hope no one else has to be put up with being treated the way I was Avoid at all cost !More

Recently brought a group of 45 to Maynooth for a tournament & ate both nights at Brady’s. Couldn’t have asked for anymore from Dave & his team, we were so well looked after & catered for. Great time had by all. Thanks Brady’s 10/10!

No better pub in Maynooth to visit on a sunny afternoon, with lots of space on the square. Bathrooms are super clean and the staff are great. I just wish they’d offer some vegan options on the food menu.

Called in on a busy Friday evening , ordered two pints of Heineken and a pint of Coors light from a very shabbily dressed barman whos unpleasant attitude was one of not caring for customer service. The Heineken was terrible and felt that it was...pointless complaining to the barman . Lots of other good bars around Maynooth to spend your hard earned cash probably best to avoid this bar.More

Ate here early September on a lovely evening. Food was terrible, staff were terrible, drink was terrible . The 2 of us ate inside and the area we ate in was shabby tables were not sanitised food was plonked down on the table as was...the cutlery. The pints we were served were poor food grease all over the inside of glasses . The food was poor quality , greasy, steaks were as tough as an old farmers welly , cheap ingredients . The staff must have by passed charm school or management must never do staff training . Give this outlet a miss its giving the hospitality industry a bad nameMore

First of all I rang Brady’s twice and both times was told and reassured it was no problem to just walk in and get a table , however when I arrived at the door an arrogant rude man literally chased us out the door and...told us to leave in the most disgusting manner , but then they allowed a group of five to walk in without a booking , I work in hospitality myself and I have never done that to a customer , wouldn’t recommend this place one bit disgustingMore

Best solution is to look to Glen Royal Hotel Maynooth , next door. A pub plus b&b is not the usual combination here. Maynooth is a University Town with more than the full range of eateries from Italian to Mexican (under... More
