I made a long overdue visit to Bistro 18 today and I simply can not recommend this place enough! The food was fantastic - so nice! I had the 18s burger and it was cooked to perfection. One of, if not the best burger I’ve...ever had! Presentation and size was great and the price was fantastic. The service I received was second to none by a very professional team of staff, welcoming, attentive, polite and knowledgeable. They seemed to go the extra mile and made my visit very pleasant. Just visited with my family. Two had steak sandwiches which were fantastic and chips were amazing also.👏 soup was abit spicy especially for been vegetable soup. Spoke to the manager before we left and he was so nice and friendly. Even gave my little girl...a balloon which she was thrilled about. We will definitely visit again when passing through. Lovely little spot 👍😁More

Seriously impressed with this place, I had the most amazing lasagne which was perfectly portioned and accompanied by a balanced side salad and delicious chips. I also had the roulade which was just delicious and sweet and melted in the mouth. The staff were super...friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself is clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. This was our first meal out since the lockdown and it did not disappoint. Welcomed imediately by a friendly, competent owner who saw me encouraging my son (special needs) to get involved in our visit and took the time to encourage this by asking him...to choose his table - a conundrum my boy took his time over pondering - but this was no problem. Our serving waitress was also efficient, friendly and competent. The menu was excellent. I went for the Roasted red pepper and feta lasagne - it was fabulous. My son had the sweet potato burger - and he really enjoyed his "chicken" burger : - ) We will definitelybe returning to this venue. Thank you guys.More

We had a lovely bowl of soup here with GF bread on offer too. Very tasty and staff very attentive. Covid regulations in place. Outdoor dining area to back very nice. Will visit again.

Covered Outdoor dining was much appreciated in the driving rain. Really good food with a nice menu. Two daily specials were great when we were there. Staff all friendly and professional. Travelling from Dublin to Galway and wanting something better than the service areas could offer, we drove into Ballinasloe and found this delightful café. A tasty toasted sandwich and a Thai chicken wrap sound simple enough, but they were well presented with the added bonus...of friendly staff. Thoroughly recommendedMore

Lovely poached eggs.. Happy place with other good food judging by the plates I saw heading out and happy customers...recommended
