Tried The Bistro for the first time with 3 friends. Was suprised how spacious it was and found it very comfortable and warm (storm Desmond was trashing the streets outside).
Found the menu varied enough, and between us we had 2 starters, 4 main courses...and 2 desserts. Food was very tasty and importantly to me, fresh. I really enjoyed my main course as the veg in particular was perfectly cooked and there was a good selection. The portions were very generous and even I was unable to finish it (I have a large appetite) although I would prefer if they reduced the main course prices and gave smaller portions, as I would then be tempted to go more often.More
