This is located in the Ion luxury hotel. We started with the snack mix which included olives, chicken liver parfait, trout mousse, and cured lamb. We had the lamb shank and beef tenderloin for our main course, both very tasty. Would go back for sure.
Food was great, the view was nice, and it was a nice way to get out of the crowds and chaos of the locker rooms.
Great food; if you want a lot of variety, plan on only eating at Silfra a night or two because the menu does not change.
