I really enjoyed the food in Soma restaurant. I tried the veggie sandwich and the Nepali soup! The man who work there was amazing!! The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. If you are in Patan you have to try this restaurant! :)

I had a cooked veggie breakfast with coffee and separately (!) a veggie lunch. Both meals were excellent. Friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. Try the freshly made juices. Reasonable speed wifi. It was very full at 9am, less so at 1pm.

Quality food, ambience somewhat similar to Barnes and Nobel in States. I used to go there quite often when I was in college in States. When I visited café Soma in Nepal, it reminded me of those days, lot of foreign faces around the table. Few books selves with some good collection in one corner. I think it's a good... More

It may seem that Soma is all about coffee, however it is more than that! Absolutely fantastic breakfast and lunch options. The food is well served and what's more it is full of flavor. Steak with veggies and grill fish are totally worth ordering!

Locals and local expats know Cafe Soma and the place is BUSY at weekends. But for good reason - great breakfast plates - traditional English, vegetarian options, eggs benedict or for the lighter-appetites, muesli/granola, fruits yogurts. Good cappuccino and excellent service. Toilet is not great - and the seats are not super comfortable but its still one of my favorite... More

I love going to Cafe Soma - the guys who serve are friendly and helpful, the coffee is good, and the breakfasts are delicious. My favorite is the yogurt with walnuts, figs and honey. And if you want to just read, it's great for that, as well.

Regular visitors to Soma. Love it during avocado season when they do Fetacado, scrambled eggs with mashed feta and avocado on toast. Staff friendly and will always find you a table.
