Service is always okay..prices little high..fish plate with 3 pieces of fish over 10.00 and a handful of fries; fish were good size but lacked any flavor....I know it's a small town joint but it should have a unique flavor/seasoning...

Local people hangout with good food and friendly service. We had a BBQ plat that wont win a world class tournament but it was good.

Gene's is a local hangout, you meet the locals there. For is southern and served fast. The BBQ is tasty, the pork and the ribs were tender and flavorful. Wait staff very southern and eager to please.
