Pete's. I've been coming to this Pete's as far back as I can remember. My parents and grandparents brought us from Peoria. To this day it remains a great place for food. I especially love the #1 combination. I get the fish, shrimp, fries with a drink and it satisfies my hunger. The place is clean and family friendly. I... More

Pete's has been around for awhile and decided to try it. It is a sit down with a few tables outside or under the veranda but mostly a take out restuarant that, after tasting the food ( I ordered their fish and chips), I found that they offered nothing unusual or thrilling, the chips were under the heating lamp for... I know that the food is going to be really good when I need something quick and easy live in Tolleson 13 years and food is still fresh and good.

Pete's has been a local favorite for many years. The seafood platter is just right, crisp with large shrimp and tasty fish. There is nothing healthy about Pete's but if you want to splurge on calories for very low cost this is the place to be. None of the Pete's locations take anything except cash.

I heard this place has been around for a long time and is a landmark in this small town. The food was good and the town surrounding looks very vibrant .

Bring cash... No cards excepted. Pete's is great for lunch. The service is pretty fast and the food is good (not great), but you're not paying for great. My wife likes the fish and chips and I like the Monster burger. Pete's has been in the valley for over 60 years and there's a reason they have survived. Give it... More

I like local joints, and Pete's is a Tolleson, Arizona, landmark. Tolleson is not where you'd expect an "English-style fish&chips" joint, and certainly there are going to be better fish joints in places with, I don't know, water. The fish is a heavily breaded square fillet, probably frozen, the cocktail sauce could use more horseradish ... I could go on... More

Not much flavor. A lot of breading for the fish and the shrimp. The Cocktail sauce wasn't the real thing. I don't know what it is was but I was hungry. When you're hungry you will eat anything.
