The staff is wonderful, the food is deeply nourishing.I especially love their miso based soups and lotus balls. I'm hoping they survive this covid period as they are an asset to Sedona.
Their portions are generous so consider sharing.
Amazingly fresh and flavorful food, tucked in just off 89A in West Sedona. The depth of flavor in the broth was just perfection. Love the lotus balls for a vegan options, but the cod bowl is my personal favorite. We ordered takeout and even when...we got home the vegetables were piping hot and perfectly cooked and seasoned. They also had a nice variety of outdoor seating in three separate areas in the front courtyard and another three in back courtyard, making it a lovely option for people who want to dine out while we are still social distancing. We overheard another patron recently say that he had tried the ramen bowl at one of the high-end resorts here in Sedona and that Angel Kitchen beat it hands down. These guys are legit. Family owned and such a find. They are easy to drive right by (which also means it feels more tucked away from the street), but are located right across from ChocolaTree next to Heartline Café, one block west of Whole Foods. Gluten Free and Vegan options with no compromising on flavor.More
This place is habit-forming, yet on so few people's radar, even most locals. It's tucked in off the street, directly across from ChocolaTree on 89A one door east of Heartline Cafe so it's VERY easy to drive right past it. It's worth your time to...turn around. The vegetables have a wonderfully balanced seasoning I've yet to figure out how make from home. The rice is perfectly cooked, and the ramen bowls are full of flavor. I overheard another patron say he'd had ramen at one of the high-end resorts in town and this one stole the show. They have a cozy Kiva fireplace inside, but also six nicely separated outdoor tables between their front and back courtyards. Pet lovers will appreciate the "angels" painted on the walls, three pups with wings. No doubt they're watching over this sweet spot as it has a friendly, welcoming vibe. Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan options are available and there is no compromise in these dishes. There's also a wheelchair ramp, though the parking lot like many is finely crushed rock vs paved. As of this review (June 2020) they were open for lunch only due to Covid, but offering takeout or delivery as well.More
