First visit was super busy and slow. Great sandwiches, coffee and GF blueberry muffins. View is nice while you wait. Second visit the guitar guy was on break (not sure if paid or just hangs out) and was loudly lamenting forever about all the tourists...and their terrible parking habits. We opted out for a third visit.More
Very average coffee. Breakfast sandwich ok, but not spectacular. Not enough staff. Waited about 20 minutes. When I left there were probably 40 people in line behind me. Mask enforcement so-so. With the crowd waiting for food, it was a little uncomfortable.
Nice view over the creek and « ski resort » style seating facing the hill.
That makes the experience worth it.
Otherwise service is very very ... inexistant and certainly not friendly.
This is really too bad.
Creekside Coffee has some of the best views in probably the whole country maybe planet for a Coffee shop so that gives it major points from the get go.
There is plenty of outdoor seating but kind of cramped indoors; so maybe not great in...the Winter. Prices are very high but you could say it's fair for the world class view.
There is also a very limited food, snack selection so can't give 5 stars but it's definitely a nice place to chill and enjoy the views over a hot drink.
The espresso drinks were still very good and the views as good as ever but there was a somewhat unusual vibe compared to my previous trips. There was an unusual smell inside and now they sell Kratom drinks? I'm not sure this place isn't now...owned by someone who runs a head shop or something but the coffee is still good.
The default tip displayed while paying by credit was unnecessary and something I've never seen before and yes, we did, tip in cash.More
I went in Thursday afternoon and Chase did the best Latte art I've seen in a while. Not only did he put it in a nice mug, he also gave me advice for shooting the art. Before this visit, I did not know the best...time to shoot was within the first 60 seconds, as the milk stats to separate afterwards. The available seating and view are also major pluses. 115/10, would recommend for anyone!More
