Had a wonderful evening at Sassi’s. I am so sorry to hear that they are closing. I don’t live in Arizona but frequent for family recently. I loved this place. Manhattans were great and food was also. I hope to get there one more time.

We love Sassi's and have been coming here for years. It has a wonderful bar area with comfortable leather furniture and a fireplace in winter, where we often have wine and a little something to eat. Service is excellent. We also really enjoy having dinner...More

Hard to believe that Sassi, one of our favorite places in Scottsdale, will be closing forever and will actually be demolished in May to be replaced with an assisted living and memory care facility. Sassi opened in 2001 with various chefs from the Mario Batali...More

We stopped in on a week night in March and the place was doing good business. It took several minutes for our server to acknowledge us and then a few more minutes for him to stop by our table. We ordered some drinks and when...More

It had been 12 years since I last dined at Sassi. Despite the test of time, Sassi continues to deliver. Great views and ambiance. Excellent food and delightful service.

We live in Troon and occasionally go to Sassi for dinner. We wanted to go one more time before they close in May. Our thoughts: 1. Ambiance is beautiful. Each room is partitioned and has a nice rustic feel to it. Its the best part...More

No - the city of Scottsdale does not allow restaurants to provide a corking fee so you have to buy off the wine list

Sassi is Scottsdale's nationally known destination for fine Italian dining, wine and special events. Located at the base of Pinnacle Peak. Sassi offers rustic, artisan style cuisine inspired by small towns in southern Italy. Sassi's villa style architecture, comfortable surroundings and rustic elegance are the perfect setting for a romantic dinner for two or a company event or wedding for up to 150 guests. Dine in one of four main dining rooms or on the patio (weather permitting), or reserve the private wine cellar for up to 14. Sassi features more than reasonably priced 150 wines from Italy and California to complement Chef Peter's flavorful cuisine. We purchase from numerous small farmers, Niman Ranch and other organic and natural farmers and producers. Photos, menus, information and staff biographies on our web site
