We eat here whenever we are in in the Fountain Hills and Scottsdale area. Best hot pastrami outside of New York. Can't say anything else about other menu items because I get this every time. Lots of other choice including vegetarian. Of the Matza Ball soup is good too.

They start by bringing you the pickles, then you take it from there. Huge menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If it's served in a NY deli, they have it. Some outdoor seating facing the parking lot. Mosey by their dessert counter for the prettiest cookies and cakes to go.

Not NY, but like NY Delis in a lot of ways. Very good service, long and interesting menu, great standbys like chicken soup, pastrami, smoked fish. The best in Scottsdale as far as I am concerned.

We have been going to Chompie's for many years usually for lunch and we were so disappointed in our lunch. It was cold (pastrami sandwiches should be hot) and the meat was tough and overly fatty. Another couple had a wrong food order which they did correct. They also need to find a new dill pickle supplier as they do... More

Healthy portions with plenty of flavor. Scrambled eggs are always fluffy and moist. Hash good. Bagels are the best.

Sometimes you just want to indulge and have a meal at a deli with all the great food! Chompie's has it all! Three of us went for dinner and there was no wait for a table at 6:00 PM on a Saturday. I had a diet cream soda but there are lots of other soft drinks, as well as beer... More

Went for lunch on a Friday. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. Extensive menu. Chose the half corned beef sandwich and clam chowder soup. Perfect size to fill me up and I'm a pretty good eater... The corned beef was stacked high and a bit of a challenge to eat. The soup was not too rich, creamy, and a good... More

Chompie's is a chain. We were told that they had the best corn beef sandwich. So on St Pats Day we went there for a sandwich. You have a choice of a full sandwich or soup and sandwich. The sandwich is approx 3" tall. My wife asked. . .do you have a smaller sandwich and the waiters response was "there... More
