This is an amazing place for authentic Italian pizza. The food, wine and desert are all fantastic. The atmosphere is lively yet cozy. The service was great (Danny took took great care of us). I can't over state how amazing the food is here. If you are in Scottsdale this place is a must.

Went to the Scottsdale location, was very busy on a Sunday evening. We sat at the bar where the pizzas were cooking and had great service from Jimmy who offered us three wines to sample before we choose the Tuscan blend. Very reasonable price at $34/ bottle... he really knows his wines! Then we moved to the outdoor patio for... More

A friend brought us to Pomo's the day we arrived in Scottsdale. Cool atmosphere, sat at the bar and a had a great time. Smooth service from the bartender. Pretty good wines. Not crazy about the Tagliatelle Bolognese...sauce was kind of dry? crumbly? not sure what was up. Should have tried the pizzas!

This is hands down the best pizza in all of Arizona. I dined on the outdoor patio, it was very relaxing. The restaurant was quite busy, but that did not affect the service they were awesome! If you have never had an authentic Neapolitan Pizza, treat yourself, you will be pleased you did!

Went to Pomo in Scottsdale after reading great reviews about it here. Oh wait. That was for the Pomo in Phoenix! Definitely NOT for this location. My advice before I go further: make sure you know what toppings are supposed to be on the pizza you order. It was Mother's Day, and I should've known it was going to be... More

Great simple pizza, great salad, loved our wine choice. Seating outdoors is very nice as it can get loud inside. We were in Phoenix for 4 nights and ate there twice:>

Great atmosphere in Scottsdale. We sat outside in the patio area. They got our food out fairly quickly. The pizza tasted just like the pizza I had in Italy. This place is legit. The Nutella dessert was delicious as well. Glad we found this place. Will definitely go back there again!!

We've enjoyed the Phoenix location, and stopped in Scottsdale during the late afternoon for an early dinner of salad and pizza. We already know the pizzas are out of this world delicious, and were tempted by a daily pasta special. We ended up ordering the linguine with clams and pancetta special and the tagliatelle bolognese, preceded by a mixed salad.... More

Took out of town family here last weekend and had to write another review. We have visited Pomo a multitude of times since the few years they were awarded a best new restaurant by Phoenix magazine. The food, service, and ambiance is consistently outstanding. Usually visiting by ourselves, we took our guests and they agreed. Pictured is a delicious antipasto... More

The "Napoletan certified" label is a clever marketing tool, but what it comes down to is the taste and the best way to test a pizza restaurant is a simple margherita style. If the this is a great pizza, then every other pizza on the menu will be great. This is a great pizza, from the superb tomato sauce to... More

‘Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art.
We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza.
Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process.
We are proud to be the First and Only APN Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and VPN Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.
