The other reviews were on the money. Slow service, no bread, tough, fatty and stringy steak, Plate swimming in butter but a dry baked potato. Then on top of it all, a 15% taxable service charge that was explained as "not a gratuity" but a way for the owner to pay the additional taxes instead of raising the menu prices.... More

Slow service. Waitress did not check on us. Food took a long time to get to us and was cold once we got it. No bread was given even though we were to get it. Worst of all, a 15% tip is added to the bill and you are not told about this ahead of time. So this expalins the... More

Started out with chili powder added to my margarita ...Yuck. Then the soup had a huge bone in it, when asked to see the manager ...I was told she's too busy!! The bread were hockey pucks. THEN was told the gratuity is automatically added now so they can pay the waitstaff due to the increased minimum wage. This should be... More

We were recommended to go to the sports bar upstairs where even sitting at the bar, you have to wait a while to have your drinks refilled. Nice enough and friendly service, unfortunately for the limited amount of people present that night, at times all servers would disappear. Food took forever and when it finally arrived was already lukewarm, which... More

This place has terrible service every time I go. I'm done until they get a new manager. When I ordered a porter house I got a T-Bone and was told it was a porter house. The waitress didn't know her cuts of meat. Baked potato was cold. My wifes fries were cold. It took almost 2 hours to get our... More

My spouse and I both ordered steaks - they were tough and fatty. In addition they add 15% gratuity and they tax the gratuity. I ordered a 16oz steak but they only had a 12 oz so they agreed to discount that steak. When the bill came, they added the price of the 16 oz steak and the price of... More

We go at least once a month but you never know what you are going to get. Time before last the ribs were awsome and drinks were good.this time the ribs were ok and the long Island ice teas were undrinkable.the service was none to very little and they started a fifteen percent add on gratuity so they don't care... Had a good steak, not sure why they asked me if I wanted A1 sauce (that stuff is good, but it's to rescue a BAD steak). Everything came quickly, but this place just makes you want to leave. Awkward design, bad service from a pretty waitress. Waited for 5 minutes for a seat, staring at the hostess while she looked... More

Decided to try steak tonight while in Safford, Az. Monday night was a little slow. Warm greeting upon entering. Wait staff was quick. Being from the south I am sort of a sweet tea junky. They did a pretty good job with the tea. The salad was little wilted. Looked like it might have been prepared too early or old... More

The wait seemed unnecessary, but the food was excellent. The staff is friendly. The decor is cowboy, with some amazing art hung on the walls. Ribs were excellent, fried zucchini was good too.
