Once again, a great meal with good food and service. We dine here once a year as part of a family tradition to remember those we've lost over the years and we are never disappointed. A bit pricey, though. Great for special occasions, but not...More

The service and food are a look back to pleasurable eating of another era. It has a European feeling for service and everything makes you feel welcome. Best Prime Rib and the 8 ounce cut made you happy you didnt order the larger size.

A gathering of 9, in for a Graduation, all joined for dinner. They set up a nice table and the attention they provided was excellent. The orders were varied but all agreed on the quality. My filet was cooked to perfection with just the right...More

Celebrated 29th anniversary here. Both of us had the prime rib and it was delicious. The waitress picked out a nice wine for my wife and she said it was very good. They gave us the strawberry shortcake for dessert on the house for our...More

If you have read much about Durant's you will know that its decor is a throwback to the 60's & 70's and how true it is. You'll walk through the kitchen to begin this experience. Plan on spending some time here, the service is not...More

We had reservations at Durant's for 5 PM because of a show we had tickets for afterwards. We were greeted and seated right away. We also noticed for 5 PM, there were already quite a few people being served. The decor was very old-school but...More

Arrived a bit early for a 6PM RES. Used Valet parking and walked through the back door and through the kitchen to the dinning area. Wait staff and kitchen staff lined up to welcome us. This is normal. Had a good martini and GF a...More

There is no dress code. However, business casual is always right.
Is this place celiac friendly? I love the old school look to it. I just wonder if they have kept up with newer dietary restrictions.

Not sure, contact them directly.
I would like to know if you have ever tried The Stockyards restaurant? I feel that it is every bit as good as Durant's and much less expensive. I grew up in Phoenix (born at Mesa Southside Hospital in 1950) so am very familiar with the Durant's story. I agree that the food is excellent; however I do not feel that the food is worth the prices charged.
