Mediterranean food is hands-down my favorite cuisine, but I always find myself gawking uncontrollably at the price when I indulge in some. [Enter Pita Jungle] This mini-chain offers delicious MediAmerican food for a reasonable price that is sure to satisfy your craving. Starters like pita with hummus will make the wait for food tolerable until your delicious entree comes. Also,... More

I have eaten at a lot of places that serve similar food, but these guys take home the trophy. The triple humus and chicken is an appetizer, but I order it for a meal. Absolutely delicious!

Hidden gem of a restaurant near downtown Phoenix. I'm a native Phoenician and never knew it was there. Everything looked and smelled like a visual fantasy; I totally "eye" hustled other people's plate. I had the salmon burger and it was amazing; fresh and flavorful. They are food substitute friendly aka they don't charge if you need to sub out... More

The salads they serve are huge and full of tasty chicken if that is the meat you would like on your salad. Also, the pita's are pretty large and filling.

We came for a late lunch and ordered to-go. I had the mediterranean platter (a little of everything) and my husband had the beef gyro. Food was healthy, fresh, and delicious; the service was also great. I am vegetarian/vegan and there were plenty of options for me to come back 10+ times but there were also plenty of options with... Fresh food, I feel as though I'm eating healthy but it's so yummy I'm not sure (grin). Eclectic decor and my favorite - the walls are adorned with local artist work available for purchase. Their commitment to supporting local artists is exemplary.

Everything we ordered was delicious! We had cauliflowers and the combination plate as starters. The cauliflower was extremely good and the combination plate was huge. Our waitress was good, she came to check on us frequently and refilled our drinks. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and everything was fresh and piping hot.

Everything is fresh and piping hot. 1st time was a gyro, very good. This is my second time and had the Philly Cheese Steak, double yummy. It was kinda noisy and a fun place to eat.

We stopped at one of the Pita Jungles after flying into Phoenix. We ordered the Gyro Pita as a bowl and the Broiled Chicken Pita as a bowl. What was most unusual was the many pickles in the dishes which were unexpected but delicious. My only complaint was that the broiled chicken pita was served over organic brown rice AND... More
