El Rancho has been in Payson as long as I have been in AZ, at least 30 years, and I have eaten here many many times over the years. Food and service has always been consistent and very good. Quite popular with the locals.

We eat here all the time. Wait staff excellent, drinks good, love the food choices, all is usually hot (temp) and served quickly. Chips and salsa excellent, we are always full full when we leave,
