Another place where you get what you pay for. Local cafe, with plain food, at a reasonable price. It's ok, but go north a block or two to the Beeline, better service, better food.

Stopped by yesterday around lunch time and were pleased to find seating, since this cafe is right on highway 87. The sign said "breakfast served all day" so that's what we ordered...me: scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and biscuit with gravy, all excellent, old-fashioned home-cooked...More

We stopped here on our way through Payson based on a recommendation. The food was ok, service was very nice, and atmosphere was as expected in a diner. Everything was absolutely fine - nothing exception, but nothing wrong. It wasn't the hole in the wall...More
We have traveled through Payson for years, but never took the time to stop at this local café. I had heard it featured on local media in Phoenix over the years, so we were expecting more than we found. We stopped in on a Monday...More
