This palace is not only a small cafe they also sell chocolate, most of i is in bar form and they weigh it out according to your need and your budget. I bought some dark chocolate with walnuts and some milk chocolate with chestnuts, the quality of the chocolate was good although not equal to Belgian chocolate. I think that... More

Shopped here for gifts to bring back home and had hot chocolate. Products are expensive but worth the price. I bought dark chocolate with walnuts, liquor chocolates, calafate jam, dulche de leche and local honey. Also drank some hot chocolate which was the best I ever had. The gifts were much appreciated but the dark chocolate with walnuts were the... More

This place has a chocolate shop and a small café where the trademark is hot chocolate. We got free hot chocolate after showing a coupon we got when ordering a tour the day before - you get this all over town and it is the best reason for going thete. The hot chocolate was at best average and the cake... More

perhaps best chocolate in town; excellent for breakfast or a mid afternoon snack; service is slow due to few employees but no reason to hurry

We were told to come here for the hot chocolate, and it did not disappoint. Kind of like drinking a cup full of a melted chocolate bar. Delicious! They had other desserts as well but on a cold rainy morning we didn't bother with anything else. The sitting area is small, we did have to wait a few minutes for... More

Quite small, not good for a group over four. Staff is very attentive. The hot chocolate is good, but the desserts are even better and a good size portion. Highly recommend stopping in for a quick treat.

We arrived via cruise ship and specifically picked Laguna Negra because we heard of their hot chocolate. The Submarino is hot milk with a big piece of their homemade dark chocolate on the side that you put in the milk and mix up. It was good, but for me, too sweet.....tasted like what we can get in the USA. However,... More

We had a lunch at this place. The chorizo beef was very good. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. However, the onion soap was not so good. All toghether, the Laguna is a good place to have lunch and dinner.
