Actually had chicken and chips and stir fried veg and chicken. Stir fried equals sliced veg in soy sauce. Can't comment on meat though there were lots of locals tucking into platefuls of mixed grill type platters (enough to feed a family for a week!) Friendly staff, great atmosphere. They served us a small scoop of ice cream after -which was... More

I have to admit that I went to a "Parrilla" and didnt try the meat. Instead we had Sea food plate for 2 and it was amazing. Very tasty and huge portion. Service was very good even with the restaunt packed. Our waiter was great! Really recommend it!

Wonderful, small place just 2 blocks away from the cruise port with delicious local food and great service. Definitely try the meat empanadas. If a large cruise arrives into port, beware and be a little patient, as the place gets packed! But the wait is worth!!!

This is a parilla restaurant, and the parilla for two with lamb is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. I love lamb and this is the best, most tender lamb i have eaten in Argentina. The dining room is cosy and well decorated. The staff efficient and friendly. Very happy with our experience!

We have been travelling to Peninsula Valdez using Puerto Madryn as base. We went 2 times to Estela and it was the best meal we had in town. Wine, Cordero, fish and super good salads. Portions are big and the service is soo nice felt like home. The restaurant is cosy and warm place. Very good value for money.

The restaurant is a bit smaller and more cramped than I would have liked but it added to the lively atmosphere. We had good service and good food. LOVED the grilled cheese with herbs and the steak was good too. Reasonably priced wine.

Recommended by the front desk staff where we were staying. We arrived early (830pm) by Argentine standards & there were only two tables with people. It filled quickly after we arrived. Our Spanish is improving although trying to decipher the menu out front was a little hard, and thankfully there were English menus inside which we were offered. The waitress... More
