Stayed at the Knights Inn next door. Terrible area, but great food. Ate there for dinner and lunch the next day.

I like this Arizona chain. I like the chilies rellenos, which are stuffed with a lot of cheese. They use good chilies too.
Amazingly good food is on offer at this drive-through and walk-up taco stand. We spent our holiday vacation in Mesa, and this was the only restaurant we visited twice. Note that onions come on the tacos by default.
We enjoyed the El Pastor and Asada tacos, marinated pork burrito guacamole and chips and salsa. All were delicious, tasty and worth the price. Area is a bit shady and the place itself isn't fancy...more like a food truck but honestly the place was clean, the food was really really good and I would definitely recommend this food to someone... It was so close to where we stayed the night. Good tacos and good horchata! Didn't like that a homeless person asked for money but not the restaurants fault.
Here in Oregon it is Muchias Gracious, or Realberto's or Rigoberto's. Not exactly a chain but all the same familiar menu. Try their supper Burrito named after the state they are in. It is Carne Asada, Queso, and potatoes (french fried or O'brien Hash Browns), peppers (not hot) and onions. It is huge and no Microwave or Oven is used.... More
