About
Maria Antonieta is the result of years of hard work and lots of different experiences which led Vanina Chimeno to create this place where one can find a language that is marked by simplicity and quality. Simplicity due to its diaphanous recipes that showcase respect for the products. Quality for always being close to the best suppliers in the country. Certainly, there are feminine characteristics in its cuisine and decoration, but above all, you'll find the precise determination of a great manager uwhom learned by traveling around the world always thinking about the details of her dreams. A restaurant that will always be defended by the cuisine romance and its service. Its recipes have mixture

Love this spot. Feels a bit Paris or New York bistro-ish. We already had so many wonderful beef dinners that we decided for a lighter change. We shared four large salads that were very creative and delicious. Prosciutto with melon. Grilled peach with feta. Baked...More

The langostino spaghetti (489 AR) was so flavorful I didn’t want it to end. The baked pears with prosciutto and burrata (307 AR) was absolutely amazing. Also split a bottle of Soltano Cabernet Sauvignon per the server’s recommendations that was perfect. The service was attentive,...More

The place is nice (outside environment mostly) and the food is tasty with good choices on the menu, but they take a long time consuming in the service (something must have happened because it was mainly with our table). On the other hand, they were...More

We ate here twice while visiting Mendoza several years ago and were anxious to see if it was still as good as we had remembered. The answer is yes! Though it has wonderful argentine fare, it's like a small bistro you would find in Europe....More

When three randomly asked locals suggest the same place for a weekend breakfast in town - one just ought to pay attention and listen. The cozy brasserie is indeed fantastic! The warm dishes card is nicely balanced and eggs served in various ways. But the...More

Had an great dinner at Maria Antonieta. The food is very good - must take the dulce de leche soufflè! I also tried their pisco sour and really enjoyed it. Definitely a place to go back to!

If you're looking for great pasta in Mendoza, look to Maria Antonieta. The service is excellent and the vibe is European without losing the sense of place in Argentina. Recommend.

Casual, unpretentious, very good cuisine with friendly service. Had innovative watermelon and goat cheese salad which was very refreshing and lamb steak which was cooked to perfection and split with my wife as the servings are large. Very easy to highly recommend as opposed to...More
