The food is very good and the service matches. If something isn't right they will make it right one way or another. The burgers are very good. The enchiladas are very tasty using a favorable spiced beef. The menu has American and Mexican food. My only complaint was the draft Bud I had that was not very cold, no head... More

Well I had breakfast there many times over the years. Nothing fancy, very basic and edible. Average tasting, has all the favorites, biscuits and gravy, chorizo, even eggs benedict. Very busy, always busy. Get ready to step back in time, I don't think it's been remodeled since the 70's. I did have a burger one night for dinner at the... More

This is probably the oldest restaurant in Maricopa, I remember it being there in the early 80's. Decent food and bargain prices. The Mexican offerings are very 'tame' tending to all taste the same with no spice or heat. The breakfasts are the best deal there. DDG

Whether you go there for breakfast (the breakfast burrito is to die for), lunch or supper, you won't be disappointed except that you may have to wait for a seat

I've been to the place for breakfast, lunch and attended a lunchtime meeting of about 25 people at Headquarters. The history is interesting. It's location is easy to find. The food is just food. It's edible and fairy fast. The salad was crisp and fresh which was a nice thing to have on a HOT Arizona day. I was disappointed... More

Sunday morning breakfast is always the best at the Headquarters. Amy cooks up the best breakfast burrito in the valley no question, great food, friendly service, easy atmosphere great for you and your kids.

We hadn't been to HQ Cafe in a while and stopped by for breakfast. It wasn't too busy and we sat right down (when a line forms, there is no formal seating method and it can get hectic). The waitress was busy but got to us quickly and took our orders. The coffee is good and someone is usually walking... More

A group of friends stopped in here for food and drinks. We had the round table at the front and it was a good time. Our waitress was friendly- she made us laugh - and efficient. The food was very food and reasonably priced.

Good breakfast, for the money although not a very good variety. What they do they do well. Generous portions and bottomless coffee. Waitstaff are friendly fast and attentive. It's an old building and decorated very tastlesly. Don't go if your expecting a great atmosphere and a fine dining experience. If you hungry go ahead put on your torn up blue... More
