Very friendly greeting, the hostess had several people visiting with her when we came in, she promptly sat us. my wife had an open bottle of water, and the hostess offered to put that in the fridge to keep cold while we ate... nice touch. we had a late breakfast, and the food was good, hot, and filling... more than... The Sunrise café is not bad, it's just your ordinary, small town restaurant that serves hardy food - big portions, heavy on the calories. I ordered the omelet and the mushrooms were greasy and it was topped with a ton of cheese. I ordered the side fruit and it was your typical honeydew melon/cantaloupe small bowl serving. My son ordered... More

We went in for breakfast and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals. I had the Bacon and Eggs and it was very good. They claim to have the best bacon in the state and they might very well.

This is a great little Cafe, home cooked food and great prices. I found the lady that I assume was the hottess to be very short and very rude I wish I knew her name, she was dark hair, thin and around 50 years old. I would strongely suggest to the owners to coach her to be more friendly with... More

Great breakfast, I love go there with my friends and family. Lunch and dinner are not that great but the place is clean, some of their workers are not very friendly

Menu is surprisingly varied so you can come regularly and not get bored. Service is always friendly, and we've never been served anything with which we were not happy. Our only problem: Open only breakfast and lunch except Friday and Sat.

We go there foe breakfast. Not bad but not great. Has a wide variety of food. They also serve alcohol for those who enjoy a cocktail.

Service is good. Food is good. Prices are up there and don't match the quality of the food. Turkey burger was over $9.00. Lunch for two, including soup and two soft drinks was $31 and change. Too steep for my blood and I come from CT where I'm accustomed to paying high prices, but this tops even CT prices for... More

Stopped here for breakfast while visiting friends. Food was fantastic! They offer a variety of unique breakfast offerings like "pig's in a blanket" (sausage links wrapped in bacon and pancakes) which was a special that day. The waffles were also great and the pancakes smothered in peaches looked delicious.
