Arrived, ignored for 10 minutes, left. They didn't care. Thanks. This was for take away food, and there was a horrendous attitude the whole time.

Ditto, it was always provided via bottle, gas or no gas. Same as bread, provided, but always charged for. However, tipping was not always expected, so just a different custom to come out the same.
