This was such a fabulous experience right from the start. We had to wait a little outside for our table and they brought us a glass of champagne and a little nibble. Nice touch. Our dinner was perfect in every way and our server was...like family (in a good way!). It's a tiny place so best to reserve in advance. So worth it!More

We celebrated my 50th birthday dinner at this fantastic restaurant and it couldn't have been nicer. They gave us a table in the wine cava, and the food was just exquisite. We traveled with our 9 and 12 year old, and they also loved it....Wine list is just excellent, and service was impeccable. Don't miss this amazing restaurant!More

We had dinner on Monday the 25th of November on their second service. The dinner was amazing and definitely deserved at least 1 Michelin star. each dish was fantastic and service was amazing. Plus the price tag was not too steep. The funny thing was...that my parents went the night before (We had all gone to argentina on a family trip) and my stepfather, who was used to fine dining in Europe (having eaten at my 3 star Michelin restaurants), said to me when i told him I was eating there, that it was one of the best eating experiences he ever had. Anyways, I would highly recommend this place that is when people can go eat there after the world recovers from this epidemic.More

Every single detail of our dining experience at Roux was exquisite - from how we were greeted at the door, led to our table, and treated kindly by the friendly, charming and informative servers. Much laughter and smiles were shared while we thoroughly enjoyed every...morsel of the delicious food (home made candied orange peel, burrata, and many more tasty treats). The highlight was a lovely chat with the chef/owner at the end of our meal.More

This was our first dining out we did when we reached Argentina and we had feared we peaked too early.... although the rest of the places we ate in were glorious Roux was potentially both our fave. Plenty of locals in there dressed up, cool...air, white table cloths, lovely not pushy but charming waiters, the suckling pig and a steak with all the foam on it.... it was a highlight of our time in BA! Please get in there when you go! Thank you for a delish beginning to our trip.More

This is by far the most sophisticated dining spot we've experienced in nearly two weeks in B.A. My wife had the outstanding mushroom risotto. I thoroughly enjoyed grilled trout garnished with grilled squid, spinach ravioli and pureed cauliflower. For dessert, I had their amazing take...on an Alfajor with raspberries and a candied black cherry.More

French-Argentinian-Mediterranean fusion cuisine. Small intimate space the service was exceptional, the atmosphere quiet and unassuming but the wine list and all courses were wonderful. The roasted baby kid was fabulous, the suckling pig and the calamari were exceptional, all presentations were excellent. The wine list...is smaller but exceptionally well selected and the menu offerings are amazing for such a small kitchen and restaurant. This was a great find with its reasonably priced exceptionally high-quality wine, service and food. Highly recommend!More

No. Chef Martin and his silent partner are the sole owners here.

Good question. The steak knives and their placeholders appeared a little over a year ago. It would be my guess that they were engraved just for use at the restaurant, unless they ordered way more than they needed.
