I was staying in a hotel close by and they recommended this choice, fortunately. I waited an hour for seating but it was worth it! Deliciously fresh pizza -- delicate crust, light, flavorful tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, topped with fresh basil. Only upgrade I would make is to cook a bit longer in the wood stove. The crust could have... More

I guess coming from the 'first' world where we can experiment with the concept of pizza, there must still be a market for these basic types. I say that sarcastically because we demand better quality from our restaurants and this local pizzeria would not cut it in sydney, london or nyc . They are awful like most 'pizza' in argentina... Dear Zuki L, I am not sure if I understand either your review or your sarcasm as you call, or arrogance, as I would call it. If there is something our pizza cannot be called, is like most pizzas in Argentina. We are making Pizza Napoletana, which is by the way, thin on toppings. and we serve quite a few... More

This pizza was spectacular! My friends and I shared three different pies, and all were delicious. My favorite was the mozzarella with sausage, but the Brie and arugula was also excellent. Great wine, great atmosphere, kind servers (we arrived half soaked by torrential rain and they didn't bat an eye). Highly recommend!

I have read many reviews over the years about this restaurant and finally made it there to try it for myself! They have a great menu of different pizzas for you to choose from, as well as a daily pizza special. The ingredients are as fresh as you can get and the pizza is thin and cooked in a wood... More

Excellent pizzeria in Buenos Aires. Real Neapolitan style, certified by the AVPN - Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (and by myself:). I have been here a couple of times when travelling in Buenos Aires, I absolutely recommend it. I have tried another pizzeria (San Paolo) which in some reviews you will find labeled as Neapolitan style pizza, but I have no... More

Exceptional Neapolitan pizza. Simple, fresh flavors, a perfect crust combine to what may well be one of the worlds best pizzas. We always stop by when visiting Buenos Aires. The tiramisu is first rate as well. A couple pizzas, a bottle of wine, and a desert runs about US$20 per person. Can't beat it.

Best pizza restaurant in BA! The pizza's here are absolutely delicious worth every single penny, reasonably priced too! Great thing to note they also do takeaways. If you go in and order the pizza they're usually ready within 5 minutes, well worth it!

Casual, friendly, good value, very good meal. Non-pretentious diner with very good pizza. No pasta or other mains. Come here for a pizza, good salads and inexpensive wine. Recommended break from MEAT!

What a great place! Attractive and lively atmosphere, friendly staff and fabulous pizza that would make a Neapolitan proud. We celebrated my birthday there and it was just what I wanted. A nice change from all the usual meat dishes of Argentina. Some delicious desserts if you are in the mood. Well worth it!

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
