Off all the places we eat in BA this was by far the worse restaurant we eat in, to call it a steak house it is not, we all had different cuts of meat and every ones was disgusting so much you could not chew...More

Nice setting, decent service. Al Carbon was not the best steak we had in the city but there was nothing to complain about. There are so many in this class that it can be hard to differentiate. You won't make a mistake eating here; it...More

I would say on the expensive side but worth the money as the restaurant is relaxing with top service.

Al Carbon was very close to our hotel. We went for dinner after arriving on a 23-hour trip, so we were hungry and tired. The sirloin in a Malbec wine reduction was done perfectly. The house-made spinach gnocchi was even better. Our waiter, Walter, was...More

Delicious food, great place, pretty nice people, you just can't deny yourself for having a wine in Puerto Madero, it was heavenly...

We got there late at night and had an awesome dinner. Steaks were amazing, same as the appetizers. Service was outstanding!

The restaurant had a good reputation so we went there with the collegues from work. Terrible decision. The plates from the table took almost 1 hour to be served. For my bad luck, I had to wait even more! I asked a rare steak and...More

It was quite on the evening we visited, but the beef was wonderful. Check the phone number on Trip Advisor's website if you call for reservations. The number on the website has too many numbers. Attentive and courteous staff.

We were 10 at the table. Restaurant was 1/3 full. Waiters mistake the orders, meat was not cook as asked. Fish was not fresh but it was ok.

Very good Ribeye in this restaurant. I highly recommend the empanada de carne to start off first. Our waiter - Walter - was very good with his recommendation and speaks good English; ask for him.

Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings
combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to
make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy
sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to
and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied
by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the
port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest.

March 24,25 are national holidays...I would call them to be safe +54 11 4312-5603. However there are plenty of options in Recoleta, Puerto Madero, etc.
