Sound was muddy, drinks are expensive and we were kicked out at an earlier hour. Not sure I would recommend to visit. Would need to try it out on a night that was more happening. It did not do it for me!

I went twice while in town. One night was a jam session (sort of ragtime). Alot of fun! The other night was a samba singer. Also fun!

Well, this was eccentric. There was a cabaret one night based on the life of Edith Piaf. It was a talented young French woman and on a Tuesday night at 10, it was sold out. I can see why. It is a dinner show and...More

For nearly two decades, Notorious has became the main jazz spot in Buenos Aires. At 100 meters away from the traditional corner of Callao y Santa Fe, Notorious has the perfect combination of music and gastronomy, gathering at the same place a specialized records store, a bar, a restaurant and the venue with a beautiful garden. The main musicians from many different styles and countries have played there leaving at the air his magic and charm. Recommended by the Downbeat Magazine as one of the best Jazz Clubs in the world, is also perfect for many different situations, like breakfast, lunch, tea or dinner.
