The environment is great, the service very good, great wine selection and the food very good but not Wow. The restaurant is upscale and expensive.

I love this place, I've been here twice and the service is excellent, the wait staff is very attentive and the food is very good. I was intrigued by the name, translated it means the The Museum of Ham and you got to love that. The decor is really nice with Spanish hams hanging all over the place. I would... More

Nice interior, good service. Very expensive for average to poor quality food. The Jamon is very good. The food I ordered was overly salty. Overall not worth the money.

Our party of four came here on a Monday afternoon at 1230 for lunch, and we really enjoyed the food and the service. I ordered arroz con pollo which was excellent; we even brought food home. Other people in our party ordered other pollo plates, and another person ordered a salad. The waiter gave her some options for dressing and... More

Ordinarily, I don't review average to good places, which this is, but the wait staff is very professional and the food is individual enough that those with an interest in the cuisine will find it worth a visit. We ate here twice, in part because of its convenience to our excellent hotel (Tango de Mayo) and the lively atmosphere. The... More

Nice ambiance. Our reservation was for 9:15 and it was a little slow filling up yet when we left at 11:30 it was very busy. The food was lovely - the paella Valencian was quite authentic according to my wife with one small detail lacking - the prawns. They should have been more prominent and dramatic on the plate. Large... More

We walked to the Museo from our Hotel, hoping it would be like those we admire in Madrid. It's not. It's quite a bit more formal with a quite extensive menu. We tried the Argentine version of pata negra, and it wasn't the same -- not bad, just not the same. Our meals were all quite acceptable, with none outstanding.... More

Well, we're stupid for eating here on NYE. 1200 pesos per person for what was arguably the worst meal I've had in a long time. I mean I didn't expect an outstanding meal on NYE but this was awful. Best part was the Serrano ham. Worst part is a 3 way tie between the severely overcooked Lomo (asked for jugoso... More
