My partner saw signs for this restaurant and wanted to try it, however when we went past it looked empty, usually not a good sign. I popped in and had a look at the menu which seemed very varied and authentic and the lady proprietor was so welcoming we decided to give it a go. Four of us went for... More

Best Goan food we've had here and owned and run by a lovely family. The Father is the chef and insists that his food is all cooked fresh to order. Loved this place, the people and the food. 10/10

The 'restaurant' is really a collection of covered areas in a large garden lit by fairy lights so immediately sets it apart from some of the other restaurants located close by. We were welcomed by a lady who spoke very good English and explained some of the Goan dishes less familiar to us. The food was freshly cooked and tasty,... More

While staying in Arpora for 2 weeks we sometimes dined here, at Kukuruku. A very cosy and nice place! Very romantic and beautiful! People working here do really their best to make u feel at home! Well, the prices are not so cheap as in some other cafes, but they cook just splendid here and helpings are sooooo generous!

We came across this lovely restaurant by chance. The most romantic location and atmosphere, the hospitality second to none. Madam was the most charming of people with Dave, her husband one of the most talented chefs we encountered in Goa. High praise indeed. It's a must to visit if looking for the real goan hospitality and friendliness. We miss you... More

Located down a side track, the outside garden restaurant, consisting of raised tented decks, lit with fairly lights did look enchanting at night. There were very few people in the restaurant at the time of our visit and the food we had was very average. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to make us want to return.

Set in a garden mostly in "rooms" and unusual sort of place, thought we'd give it a try, family business I think and all friendly,a bit longer wait for the food but if freshly prepared that's fine by us,my meal was Goan Crab Xacuti hadn't a clue what it consisted of but it was a small spider crab not a lot of...
